awesome stay!

modern hotel friendly staff comfortable bed

I loved how modern and clean the hotel was! the staff was super friendly and always ready to assist. the beds were big and comfortable as promised. It was a true haven after a long day exploring. i really liked their efficient check-in and check-out experience.

the ipad charger in my room wasn't working correctly, i discovered.

the hotel is only minutes away from the metro, i was able to quickly access other points of interest. numerous dining options are close to the hotel, with a wide array of cuisines. the famous joffries arcade is within walking distance!

The king room was equipped with tech forward features and a modern design. I really appreciated it. the design ensured maximum use of space. the room included controls for lighting and temperature operated by a tablet.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of food options, opening early at 6:00 am. the hotel decor uses a cool and groovy style. I loved the ambiance. i used the convenient luggage storage facilities available at the hotel. Very handy!

helpful staff comfortable bed good location

The staff were REALLY nice and ready to help. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. I felt safe. The bed was MASSIVE and comfortable. The iPad controls for the room were high tech.

The room was cold. I couldn't change the temperature higher.

mixed feelings about the stay

non-functioning room no maintenance

the ipad stopped working. i could not control half of the room and then the tv went out. i called and the staff said they don't have a maintenance person and nothing could be done.

spacious lounge professional staff personal service

the lower level lounge offered ample space to relax. the staff was professional. they also gave warm and personal service. i found the service wonderful.

the tv in my room wasn't working. i let them know a few times, but they were unable to fix it. that was a bit disappointing.

the hotel sits a few minutes walk from the metro. it is also close to many dining options. the famous joffries arcade is close by, too. this makes the hotel a perfect base.
